On Friday 15th May it's Light Night, a big one-night arts and culture festival. So in the K+Club tomorrow come and learn more about Liverpool's fantastic culture!

What a beautiful day it was today to go for a bike ride. We rode almost 10 miles in total. Yes 10 miles! down the promenade to Otterspool and back to the Albert Dock. A great day and a good workout!
