새로운 프리마스터 프로그램 런칭!

서섹스대학교는 당 대학교 석사 진학을 보장하는 프리마스터 프로그램을 제공해왔다.

이번 11월에 발표된 새로운 프로그램은 바로 프리마스터 과정을 거친 후 MSc Fintech, Risk and Investment Analysis 로의 진학을 보장한다.

적용은 2021년 9월 프리마스터 과정부터로 2학기의 프리마스터 과정을 거친 후 2022년 9월말 석사로 진학을 하게 된다.

FinTech

핀테크란 finance와 technology 의 합성어로서 금융과 it의 융합을 통한 금융서비스 및 산업의 변화를 통칭한다.

금융서비스의 변화로는 모바일, sns, 빅데이터 등 새로운 it 기술을 활용하여 기존 금융기법과 차별화된 금융서비스를 제공하는

기술 제반 금융서비스 혁신이 대표적이다.

커리큘럼은 Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP), the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI)를

포함한 전문 프로페셔널 기관과의 컨설팅으로 디자인되었다.

석사 입학요건은

한국대학교 기준으로 학점은 4.5만점에 3.0이상을 요하며 학부 전공이 수학, 물리, 공학 계열이어야한다.

재무, 경제학 전고일 경우 공부한 과목 모듈하에 입학이 될수 있다.

더불어 전문 자격증 소지자의 경우 추가로 어필도 가능하다.

영어 요건은 ielts 6.0에 모든 영역이 5.5이상이어야 한다.

We are very excited to announce a brand new Pre-Masters Programme in Fintech at the University of Sussex International Study Centre.

This new postgraduate course’s first intake will take place in September 2021. Upon successful completion of their course, students will join the University of Sussex in September 2022.  

This will be a two-semester only course available within the Business, Media and Social Sciences Pre-Masters Programme. Students that choose this unique course will progress to MSc Fintech, Risk and Investment Analysis at the University of Sussex.

What is Fintech?
Fintech (Financial technology) is an emerging industry aiming to improve the financial industry with the use of modern technology. Examples of this include online-only banks, crowdfunding websites, and mobile payment software.

What will be taught on this course?
On this course, students will be taught a blend of computing and business modules, as well as research skills and CareerAhead. After progressing from the International Study Centre, students will have gained the skills for future success at Sussex, and in the growing field of Fintech.
